Recipe: Morning Beauty Tea

This morning tea is worth its weight in green. Moringa, a lesser-known tea, has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. It’s also a strong source of iron and all 9 amino acids. Think of it as the love child of matcha and spirulina - powerful and potent.

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Green tea
1 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
10 Peppermint, fresh leaves
3 cups Purified hot water
1 tsp Moringa powder

HOW TO PREPARE

Add moringa powder, green tea and peppermint leaves to your cup.
Top with hot water.
Infuse for 5 minutes, then strain. Let cool to your temperature preference.
Finally, add the lime juice and sweetener (if needed). Mix and enjoy.
